IDD Group Therapy (Intellectual & Developmental Disability Support)
Program Overview
Our IDD group therapy program is designed to promote social, communication, and adaptive life skills for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Led by our Licensed Social Workers, this group uses structured routines, visual supports, hands-on activities, and peer modeling to support growth at an individualized pace.
Participants work on daily living skills, interpersonal communication, emotional regulation, and building independence. The program focuses on creating a supportive, respectful environment where individuals feel empowered, engaged, and connected.
