Program Overview
The Emotional & Behavioral Support group provides a safe, nurturing environment for individuals who need additional guidance in managing emotions and behavior. Led by our Licensed Social Workers, sessions focus on developing coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, communication, and healthy problem-solving.
Through guided discussions, role-play, and structured group activities, participants learn tools to navigate stress, build self-awareness, and form positive social relationships. This program encourages resilience, reduces isolation, and helps individuals build more adaptive responses to everyday challenges.
